London Fashion Week is a somewhat surreal spectacle to observe for those of us outside of the fashion world. Though it’s clear that designers are profoundly talented and creative, a lot of the clothes simply do not translate into realistic attire whilst some don’t even appear to be art, just swathes of fabric piled onto protruding collarbones.
So when this year’s LFW - which took place between 19 - 23 February - rolled around I thought I’d actually pay attention and see if there were any pieces that combine creativity with aesthetic appeal, whilst still maintaining the rather important quality of being wearable.
