April Photo Diary | Siobhan Harmer

1. Gadget Show Live

So Alex got Ben and I tickets to TGSL back in December and finally, at 4am in the morning, we set off to go see all the gadget-y, game-y magic. It was really great; even functioning on about two and a half hours sleep, walking around the NEC Birmingham for eight hours was the most fun I’d had in ages (see point 2. on the list). I got so many freebies to add to my weird little collection of New York and Cannes free crap. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was Titan, the giant robot - which may be a man in a suit, I’m not sure I’m convinced - because robots that big are TERRIFYING.

2. University

As it’s my penultimate month at university, I decided to work on my final year project. I’ve spent most of this month working on it twelve hours a day. It’s not going well. Kill me.

Other than that, the only occasion was April’s birthday, happy birthday April! I also let myself go out to the seaside for a day. Yup.
