Here is my second, and arguably worst, Halloween Make Up Tutorial video! Today I attempted to recreate Hannah Leigh’s Halloween Doll Make Up Tutorial, and failed quite miserably. I am far too heavy handed to create delicate, subtle looks, I’m only good at heavy, 2006-esque eyeliner!
