It’s Christmas Eve’s eve’s eve! Otherwise known as Blogmas Day 22! Today I thought I’d do The Christmas Tag, though I couldn’t quite figure out which was the right one so I smushed them all together. Please feel free to do this tag if you’d like, I tag you!

Whats Your Favourite Holiday Movie?

It has to be either The Muppet Christmas Carol (which I’ve tweeted about at least five times already this Christmas) or Jingle All The Way.

Whats Your Favourite Christmas Colour?

Gold, definitely, I love how luxurious gold makes everything look.

Do You Like To Stay in Your PJs Or Dress Up For Christmas?

I very, very rarely see anyone other than my mum, brother and grandparents on Christmas day so I tend to dress casually. I’m tempted to just wear my hamster onesie this Christmas.

If You Could Only Buy One Person a Present This Year Who Would It Be?

Ugh, I hate this question! It would have to be one of my siblings, probably Isobel because she’s only had nine Christmases where as Jacob’s had twenty-two.

Do You Open Your Present Christmas Eve Or Christmas Morning?

When I was a kid we used to open our Christmas pyjamas on Christmas Eve, but everything else had to wait until Christmas morning.

Have You Ever Built a Ginger Bread House?

God no, have you seen what happened when I tried to make star cookies? I will have to try it one day though, I think it’d make a great fail video.

What Do You Like To Do On Your Christmas Break?

Any Christmas Wishes?

I wish Amartya was here to spend Christmas with my family and I as he’s never truly experienced a proper family Christmas, but then again I’m so excited for him to go back to India and see his parents and best friends.

Favourite Christmas Smell?

I just love the smell of Christmas dinner. I’m not really one for sweet scents, so the smell of buttery mash and turkey with cranberries is one of the best in the world for me.

Favourite Christmas Meal Or Treat?

Terry’s Chocolate Orange is something I only ever eat at Christmas so I’m pretty ready to eat at least four of those.

Which Holiday Do You Celebrate?

Christmas, although it’s not religious at all for me. It’s far more about family, friends and sharing a wonderful day together.

What Are You Doing For The Holidays This Year?

My mum and I are together on Christmas Eve, then on Christmas Day we’ll go to my paternal grandparent’s where Jacob and his girlfriend Abbey will join us.

What’s Your Favourite Holiday Drink?

I absolutely love warm apple cider and mulled wine, but this year we’ve bought a bottle of Rioja I’m looking forward to.

Candy Cane Or Gingerbread Men?

Candy canes, my brother and I used to have competitions to see how many we could steal off the tree before anyone noticed.

What’s Your Favourite Holiday/Christmas Song?

I can’t pick one but I made a whole playlist on Blogmas Day 10!

What’s The Weirdest Gift You’ve Ever Received?

I didn’t get them for Christmas but my maternal Grandad once bought me a pack of thirty washing line pegs? Actually, they’ve turned out to be really handy as I use them to keep stuff air tight and shut.

Have You Ever Made A Snowman?

Of course! The best snowman I ever saw though was built my April, Rosy, Matt and Phil at Sixth Form, it was huge!

What Is Your Favourite Winter Fragrance?

I wear the same fragrance throughout the year and I actually got it as a Christmas present two years ago: Miss Dior.

What Is At The Top Of Your List This Christmas?

A puppy, still, even though I’m twenty-three. Or, because that’s probably never going to happen, I’d be more than happy with a Lush giftset or a colouring book.

What Is Most Important To You About The Holidays?

Being with my family, I know that’s cheesy but it really is.

When Do You Start Getting Excited About Christmas?

I’m always really excited throughout the run-up to Christmas, as soon as December 1st hits I’m a gift-finding, tree-decorating, cookie-baking machine.

Do You Still Have Advent Calendars?

I haven’t had one for the last couple of years but this year my mum bought me a Star Wars calendar. I’m not entirely sure what the chocolates are supposed to be but the lightsaber on the box lights up.

Do You Have Any Funny Christmas Memories?

There’s a video my grandma recorded when my brother and I were about three and four at Butlins. We’re in a fancy dress competition and Jacob’s spiderman and I’m Songbird Barbie. Jake keeps wandering off the stage and the man has to keep getting him to come back, Jake blows raspberries in the guys face and is constantly dropping his number five sign. It’s really funny, plus I came second because they thought my mum had made my dress.

What Do You Eat For Christmas Dinner?

Turkey, mash, roast potatoes, sprouts, pigs in blankets, other vegetables and cranberry sauce. MMM.

Do You Have Any Christmas Traditions?

I don’t think so, when I have children I’ll defiantly have to make some up.

What Is The Best Christmas Present You Ever Received?

I can’t pick one because I always get some really amazing presents every year, I’m incredibly easy to please.

Real Or Fake Christmas Tree?

Fake. Real ones are itchy and prickly and they make me sneeze!
